Base pay is $12 per hour with uncapped commissions. Average earnings can reach around $17 per hour or more for high performers, with benefits including insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort with learning new technology and products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Assist customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service issues.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of latest wireless products, services, and promotions.
• Support daily store operations including merchandising, inventory, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
