You will build relationships, demonstrate products, and work toward sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment with a base hourly rate and uncapped commissions.

You will engage customers, learn products quickly, and participate in ongoing training to stay current on promotions and services. This role often requires evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
