Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in-store.
• Assist customers with devices, plans, accessories.
• Build relationships and follow up to generate sales.
• Support customers with account questions and troubleshooting.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
