Russell Cellular in Arkansas is seeking a Wireless Specialist to connect with customers and assess their needs, delivering personalized service and helping them choose phones, plans, and accessories. As a Verizon Authorized Retailer, you will represent our brand and values of integrity and care while providing an outstanding in-store experience.

Base pay is $12/hour with uncapped commissions; average with commissions around $17/hour, with potential to earn more.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to learn and grow.
• Ability to quickly learn wireless products and services.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Sell cellular devices and wireless services while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Create sales opportunities through in-store campaigns and events.
• Contact existing customers for follow-up sales.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
• Assist with daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, cash handling.
• Develop and monitor plans to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
