Job summary

This role offers a base pay of $12 per hour plus uncapped commission potential, with an average earnings around $17 per hour when commissions are included, and

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through campaigns with Marketing and events.
• Contact current customers via phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services and demonstrate capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory control, and cash management.
