Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Specialist in Minden, LA to deliver personalized wireless solutions and outstanding customer service. You will learn the products, assess customer needs, and guide them to the right devices and plans while representing a Verizon Authorized Retailer with integrity and initiative.

The role offers base pay of $12.00/hour plus uncapped commissions; average earnings with commission around $17.00/hour, with ample room for growth and advancement across 750+

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills.
• Motivation to learn, grow, and excel.
• Knack for technology and quick wireless product knowledge.
• Open availability during store hours.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular devices and wireless services with strong customer service.
• Create new sales opportunities through marketing campaigns and community events.
• Contact current customers for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of Russell Cellular products and services; demonstrate equipment.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory, cash, and admin duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to meet daily/monthly sales goals.
