Job summary

Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers choose wireless solutions and stay connected. You will combine relationship-building with problem-solving and sales skills in a fast-paced Verizon Authorized Retailer setting.

We offer base pay with uncapped commissions; average earnings can exceed base rate as you progress. Eligible employees gain benefits, training, and opportunities for growth across many locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Comfort with technology and quick learning of new products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
