Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, An Authorized Retail of AT&T is hiring a Sales Advocate to guide customers through device and plan choices, aiming to meet monthly targets. You will engage walk-in customers, learn current promotions, and apply product knowledge to close sales.

This is a full-time position with paid training and uncapped commission earnings. Top performers earn substantially more as you master AT&T offerings, tablets, and POS tools while representing the brand at local events.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Able to pass a background check and work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and contribute to a store culture.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
