Blue Link Wireless is seeking a Sales Advocate to drive in-store experiences at AT&T Authorized Retailer locations. You will help customers find the right device and plan, explain features, and close sales, with paid 3-week training provided.

Base pay plus uncapped commissions rewards top performers, with opportunities to earn more through performance. Responsibilities include guiding walk-in customers through device and plan options, staying updated on AT&T products, and representing the brand

Qualifications

18 years of age or older.
High school diploma or GED.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass a background check.
Strong communicator, written and verbal.
Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
