Job summary

Arch Telecom, a national Wireless Preferred Retailer, is hiring Mobile Associates in Hanover, PA. You will join a retail team to bring the brand to life, learning product features, performing hands-on demonstrations, and helping customers find the best device and service solutions in-store.

You will build relationships, balance customer care with sales goals, and participate in training to prepare for promotion to Mobile Expert after training completes.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, in-store or online.
• Demonstrate latest technology and devices to customers in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to tailor solutions and upsell accessories.
• Guide customers through the purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and clear answers.
