Russell Cellular Inc. is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers find the right wireless solutions and stay connected. You will combine relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales skills while delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Compensation includes a $12 per hour base plus uncapped commissions, with average earnings up to $17 per hour. A guaranteed $2 per hour commission during your first 60 days helps you learn the role as you grow.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
