Wireless Vision is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to represent the T-Mobile brand at our Florida store in Pompano Beach. You will deliver exceptional service, drive new customer accounts, and help meet personal and store goals.

Join a dynamic team focused on delivering the latest technology solutions, processing activations, and handling sales transactions with accuracy. The role requires flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays and a proactive, energetic attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in retail or customer-focused roles.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, greet customers, answer phones, and assess needs.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Promote the brand through outreach, events, and store promotions.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and deposits.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain store appearance.
• Support service activations, bill payments, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with management to share customer feedback.
