Job summary

Talk4less Wireless is a Cricket Wireless Dealer seeking motivated wireless consultants to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales in a busy retail setting. You will learn promos, price changes, and policy updates while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities include POS operations, keeping displays current, opening/closing the store, and securing sensitive items. A strong emphasis on customer retention and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent experience.
• One year of retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required, wireless sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner and create a positive work environment.
• Stay knowledgeable about promotions, price changes, and policy updates.
• Perform administrative and operational tasks, handle paperwork and forms, and communicate with management to resolve issues.
• Keep the store clean, stock accessories, and maintain displays per corporate standards.
• Ensure the store is open/closed properly, secure sensitive items, and manage time effectively.
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast-paced setting while aiming to retain customers.
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions and work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
