Job summary

Talk4less Wireless, an authorized Cricket Wireless Dealer, seeks ambitious wireless sales representatives who prioritize customer service and retention. You will greet customers, learn promos, and proactively resolve issues while keeping displays current and store clean.

You’ll sell no-contract phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast-paced environment, participate in events, and work weekends/holidays at various locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, timely manner and provide service.
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans and accessories.
• Keep store clean, stocked, and displays updated.
• Learn promos, price changes, and policy updates.
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions.
• Close store properly and secure sensitive items.
