Job summary

Talk4less Wireless is an authorized Cricket Wireless Dealer seeking ambitious, goal‑oriented sales representatives who prioritize customer service and retention. Responsibilities include greeting customers, staying current on promos, updating displays, handling transactions with POS systems, and selling no‑contract phones, service plans and accessories while delivering outstanding service.

Minimum qualifications: high school diploma or GED and at least one year of retail sales or customer

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
At least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience; wireless sales experience preferred but not required.
Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, basic computer skills, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner and create a positive work environment.
Be knowledgeable about promos, price changes, and policy updates.
Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and filing paperwork; communicate with management to resolve issues.
Maintain store cleanliness, stock accessories, and keep displays current and compliant with corporate standards.
Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories; deliver outstanding service to retain customers.
Participate in outside sales events or promotions and work flexible hours at various locations.
