Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, seeks a Sales Advocate to guide customers in choosing devices and plans. Base pay plus uncapped commissions with a paid 3-week training. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

No wireless experience required; training provided. You’ll engage customers, hit monthly targets, stay updated on AT&T products, and occasionally represent the brand at community events.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.
• Previous retail or sales experience.
• Hospitality background.
• Familiarity with wireless products and services.

Responsibilities
