Job summary

TCC Wireless LLC in Yulee, FL is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to connect customers with the T-Mobile brand. You will greet customers, assess their needs, and drive sales through new accounts and upsells while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires reliability, ability to work nights/weekends/holidays, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset; you will help with store operations, inventory, and price plan changes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Professional, energetic, honest, patient and empathetic.
• Ability to problem solve, analyze results, plan for the future, and make good decisions.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time on the sales floor.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers and assessing their needs.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts and upselling.
• Builds relationships with customers and employees across the store.
• Manages store operations including cash handling, inventory, and deposits as governed by standards.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintains store appearance and cleanliness per standards.
• Assists customers with service activations, changes, bill payments, upgrades and accessories.
• Achieves assigned performance metrics.
