Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months retail or sales experience with strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides world-class customer service in-store, greeting customers, answering phones and assessing needs.
• Drives monthly revenue goals by acquiring new customer accounts and maximizing existing ones.
• Builds relationships with customers and employees across all channels.
• Works with store management in opening, closing and operating the retail facility, including cash handling and inventory.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintains store appearance, back room and work areas per standards.
• Assists with activations, plan changes, upgrades and payments.
• Retail Sales Representative is responsible for achieving performance metrics.
