Job summary

Talk4less Wireless, a Cricket Wireless Authorized Dealer in Philadelphia, is seeking a motivated Wireless Consultant to deliver outstanding customer service, promote Cricket plans and devices, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers in a friendly, timely manner.
• Learn promos, price changes, and policy updates to assist customers effectively.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock accessories, and keep displays current and compliant to corporate standards.
• Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle cash accurately.
• Represent Cricket Wireless and deliver outstanding service to retain and grow customer base.
