Talk4less Wireless is a Cricket Wireless dealer seeking a wireless consultant who prioritizes customer service and retention. You will greet customers, learn promos, and support store operations while maintaining displays and assisting with sales and events.

One year of retail sales or customer service is preferred. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays at multiple locations is expected, with incentives offered for performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Wireless sales experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly & timely manner and create a positive store environment.
• Learn promos, price changes, and policy updates proactively.
• Perform administrative tasks: filing paperwork and forms; communicate with management to resolve issues.
