Job summary

RedLion Mobility in Leesville, Louisiana is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to join a fast-growing telecommunications team. You will engage customers, present telecom products, and help residential customers connect to internet, mobile, and TV services in-store.

This role requires at least 1 year of retail or telecommunications sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecommunications or sales experience.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs

Responsibilities

• Must engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Must be comfortable selling mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related services.
• Should identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or service packages.
• Must upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Must meet or exceed sales and commission goals and store performance targets.
• Must explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
