Job summary

Russell Cellular Inc. is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers find the right wireless solutions while delivering an outstanding experience. You will combine relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales skills to help customers stay connected and grow your career.

We offer a $14 per hour base rate plus uncapped commissions, with average earnings up to $19 per hour. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with matching, PTO, paid time off, and training

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn product details and explain options clearly.
• Willingness to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
