Job summary

Consumer Cellular is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Specialist in Katy, TX to greet guests, build relationships, and guide them to the best device and plan options. The role emphasizes delivering a human, friendly store experience with a focus on service and relationship-building.

The position includes a wage between $19.00 and $20.00 per hour with uncapped commissions, a modified full-time schedule (30–39 hours/week), and opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 6 months of retail customer service experience (Wireless sales experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evening and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming store environment.
• Build relationships with guests, guiding interactions toward solutions that meet needs.
• Confidently sell devices, plans and services, translating technology into simple conversations.
• Manage guest appointments and review accounts to recommend the best offers and ensure a seamless experience.
