Job summary

Consumer Cellular in Omaha, NE is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Specialist to help guests choose phones and plans in a living-room style store. You’ll greet customers, explain options, and build lasting relationships with a focus on service over transactions.

This is a modified full-time role with a schedule of 30–39 hours per week. Wages start at $17.50–$18.50 per hour with uncapped commissions, plus a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of retail customer service experience (Wireless sales preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with accurate transactions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to perform store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and build relationships to turn visitors into customers.
• Confidently sell devices, plans and services through simple, real-world conversations.
• Manage guest appointments and review accounts to recommend plans and offers.
