Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Sales Advocate to greet customers, recommend devices and plans, and close sales. The role offers a full-time schedule with base pay plus uncapped commissions and a fully paid 3-week training program.

You will engage customers, learn product details, and drive store sales while representing the brand. Flexibility for nearby locations and evening/weekend shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Previous retail or sales experience.
• Hospitality background is a plus.
• Familiarity with wireless products and services.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
