Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in wireless, telecommunications, or retail operations.
• Experience leading large, multi-state markets through regional leaders in direct reports.
• Strong understanding of smartphones, accessories, and service sales structure.
• Analytics and reporting proficiency for identifying opportunities in a remote leadership environment.
• Proven ability to drive operational changes and influence sales behavior.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Regional Directors across four geographic regions.
• Partner with Operations, Compliance, Training, Recruiting, and Analytics support teams to drive consistent execution and scalable operations initiatives.
• Improve sales quality, reduce chargebacks, mitigate financial and compliance risks, and drive sustainable business growth.
• Build strong partnerships with Walmart store, market, and regional leadership.
• Use data and field insights to identify performance gaps, improve transactional retention, and drive program excellence.
• Coach leaders and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and grow the wireless retail business across four regional territories operating inside Walmart Supercenter locations.
• Drive sales performance and strengthen partnerships with Walmart leadership.
