Wireless Sales Manager ­– Manchester, MO at Acosta Group (Premium Retail Services, LLC).

We are looking for a driven, customer‑centric sales manager to lead a team of Wireless Sales Professionals across 3‑4 retail locations and drive revenue growth through personalized wireless solutions and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Wireless Sales Pros, providing recruitment, leadership, coaching, guidance, mentoring, and development to achieve sales and business targets.
• Inspire and motivate teams to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and established KPIs.
• Exemplify a player‑coach approach by setting the sales and training standards for top performance in the market.
• Lead recruitment efforts and execute strategies to maintain top‑quality talent across all assigned locations.
• Model professionalism, work ethic, and determination for Premium and in‑store associates.
