Job summary

Premium Retail Services, LLC is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a Wireless team across 3–4 Walmart locations, driving recruitment, coaching, and development to hit sales goals.

No prior wireless knowledge is required—our training program will teach plans, devices, and promotions. You’ll earn a base salary plus monthly bonuses and commissions, with full benefits and clear opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience with a track record of meeting objectives.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Interest in wireless category encouraged.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multitasking, demand management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Wireless Sales Pros across 3-4 locations.
• Motivate and empower teams to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Act as player-coach to elevate sales techniques and training.
• Execute recruitment and retention plans for a high-performing workforce.
• Collaborate with Premium, the client, and in-store leadership.
