Acosta Group is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead to drive wireless retail sales, coach associates, and deliver excellent customer experiences across store locations. You will meet and exceed sales goals, participate in onboarding and role-plays, and manage shift responsibilities with autonomy.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, communicate effectively, and adapt to flexible retail schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates.
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions.
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines.
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions.
• Travel between store locations if required.
