PRE-US is seeking a high-energy Sales Lead to drive retail wireless sales, coach associates, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in PERKINSTON, MS. This part-time role offers $20/hour plus aggressive, unlimited commission and paid training.

Weekly pay, travel allowances where applicable, and benefits are provided. You will meet sales goals, train staff, conduct onboarding and role-plays, handle escalations, and travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations if required
