AT&T in Springfield, IL is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to engage customers with personalized product options and guide decisions on devices and services. You’ll work on the sales floor with a consultative approach, participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to customers.

Schedule is 9 am–9 pm, including weekends, with a 40-hour workweek. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus; training is provided to help you meet and exceed goals.

• No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training, and coaching you need to meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you'll use a consultative sales approach, guiding customers through their options.
• You'll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You'll work a schedule between 9 am-9 pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us.
