Job summary

Cricket Wireless is seeking an energetic Wireless Consultant in El Paso, TX, to deliver exceptional customer service and drive in-store sales. You will greet customers, learn promos, handle transactions, and maintain compliant displays while supporting team goals.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and retail experience; wireless familiarity is a plus. Expect a fast-paced environment with flexible hours and weekend shifts at the EP location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience; wireless sales experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, basic computer skills, troubleshooting, and cash handling.
• Experience with POS systems and handling transactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, timely manner and create a positive store environment.
• Learn and communicate promos, price changes, and policy updates to customers.
• Perform administrative tasks and stay in close contact with management to resolve issues.
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and displays current and compliant with standards.
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast-paced setting.
• Contribute to outside sales events and promotions and work flexible hours including weekends.
