Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, timely manner and maintain a positive store environment.
• Learn promos, price changes, and policy updates; assist customers accordingly.
• Handle paperwork, forms, and communicate with management to resolve issues.
• Keep displays current, stock accessories, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans and accessories; strive to retain customers.
