Job summary

Cricket Wireless in Duncanville, TX is seeking a Wireless Consultant to deliver outstanding customer service and promote wireless products and services. You'll greet customers, learn promos, manage POS systems, and help maintain a clean, organized store while meeting sales goals and participating in promotional events.

Flexible hours, weekends and holidays across locations are required. Experience in retail sales is preferred, with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience; wireless sales (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket, etc.) is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, basic computer skills, troubleshooting, Point-of-Sale systems, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and greet customers in a friendly, timely manner.
• Learn promos, price changes, and policy updates.
• Operate and maintain POS systems and cash handling.
• Keep store clean, stock accessories, and displays per corporate standards.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays at various locations.
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions.
