Talk4less Wireless is hiring Wireless Consultants to join our Cricket Wireless Dealer team in North Carolina. You will deliver outstanding customer service, promote no-contract wireless plans, and help customers choose devices and accessories.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail sales and strong communication, with a willingness to learn promos and policy updates. Join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with flexible hours including weekends.

Formación

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn promos, price changes and policy updates.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly customer service and greet customers.
• Promote no-contract wireless plans and accessories.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize displays.
• Participate in promotions and events.
• Assist with cash handling and POS transactions.
