Job summary

Arch Telecom is a national wireless retailer seeking a Retail Mobile Associate to help customers in our New Jersey stores. You will engage customers, demonstrate devices, and provide personalized solutions to meet their connectivity needs.

This entry-level role focuses on learning and growth within a fast-paced retail environment. You will work to build relationships, educate customers on plans and devices, and collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan that keep customers connected.
• Guide your customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers and sharing your expertise.
