Arch Telecom is seeking a Mobile Associates to join our retail team in Ramsey, NJ. You will help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, conduct in-store demonstrations of the latest technology, and provide personalized solutions beyond devices and plans.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store to complete purchases.
• Demonstrate products and services through hands-on in-store experiences.
• Upsell accessories and IoT devices to enhance customer solutions.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and expert answers.
