Arch Telecom is recruiting Mobile Associates to join our national retail team and bring the Arch brand to life across 200+ U.S. stores. This is a learning role focused on developing skills in customer advocacy, product knowledge, and in-store experiences.

You’ll work to understand customer needs, demonstrate the latest technology, and guide purchasing decisions—earning competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commissions as you grow toward a Mobile Expert role.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a Mobile Expert role.
• Ability to explain device and service options clearly and help customers

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and online, continuing shopping journeys across channels.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of devices and services.
• Conduct side-by-side selling to tailor solutions and accessories for customers.
• Guide customers through purchases with thoughtful questions and product knowledge.
