Arch Telecom is hiring Mobile Associates to join our national wireless retail team. You will learn and demonstrate the latest devices and services, helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey both in-store and online.

As a brand ambassador, you will build meaningful connections, uncover customer needs, and guide purchases with thoughtful questions and expert answers. Full-time or part-time opportunities offer competitive pay, uncapped commissions, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• High school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service while providing a best in class customer experience.
