RedLion Wireless is hiring a Wireless Sales Representative in Bridgeport to drive in-store sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment, presenting telecom products, upselling services, and meeting individual and store-wide targets.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-first approach, and the ability to handle promotions clearly while supporting nearby locations as needed. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience in wireless, telecom, or related retail.
• Experience handling objections and building repeat customers in a fast-paced store.
• Ability to upsell, explain promotions clearly, and meet sales targets.
• Eligible to work in the United States and able to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecom products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable product packages.
