RedLion Wireless is hiring a Retail Sales Representative for an in-person role in Brooklyn. You will engage customers, demonstrate telecom products, and help residential customers connect to internet, TV, and mobile services in a fast-paced store.

You will strive to meet sales goals, upsell products, and contribute to a customer-centric experience. Training and monthly commissions accompany a 40-hour work week.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecommunications experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Mansioni

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales and commission goals.
• Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience and build long-term brand loyalty.
