Job summary

RedLion Mobile is hiring a Retail Sales Representative for in-person work in our New York store. The role focuses on engaging customers, presenting wireless and telecom services, and meeting sales and commission targets in a fast-paced retail setting.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience in wireless or retail and a high school diploma. Flexible scheduling, with evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience in wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications, or retail sales.
• Ability to engage customers, understand needs, and recommend products or service packages.
• Comfort with upselling and cross-selling to meet sales and commission goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
