RedLion Mobility is hiring Retail Sales Representatives for in-person, full-time work at our retail store locations. You will engage customers, present wireless, internet, and TV offerings, and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to hit sales and commission targets.

The role requires 1 year of customer-facing sales experience and a high school diploma or GED. Expect a 40-hour weekly schedule with base pay of $18/hour plus monthly commissions and opportunities for promotion and growth.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience in wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications, or retail sales.
• Ability to engage customers, explain products and pricing, and recommend suitable packages.
• Comfort with meeting or exceeding individual and store sales and commission goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and proactively present telecommunications products and services.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related services; identify customer needs and upsell/cross-sell.
