Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC is seeking a Sales Advocate to join our Cricket Wireless teams. You will help customers select wireless solutions and provide outstanding service, with opportunities for bonuses based on sales KPIs.

Applicants should be open to evenings, weekends, and holidays, have reliable transportation, and reside within 30 minutes of the store. A background in retail helps, but is not required.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and customer service mindset.
• Honesty and integrity are essential.
• Retail experience helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and able to work 32+ hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Reliable transportation and living within 30 minutes of a store.

Responsibilities

• Represent Cricket Wireless professionally and with courtesy.
• Assist store leadership with daily operations and tasks.
