Job summary

Mobilelink is hiring a Sales Advocate in Osceola, AR to deliver exceptional customer service and recommend tailored wireless solutions. This role supports store operations and helps customers choose Cricket Wireless products and services.

Expect to drive sales, meet KPIs, and enjoy potentially unlimited earnings through commission plans. Training will be provided and growth opportunities exist within the district.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and positive attitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation to the location.
• Able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Offer tailored solutions and represent Cricket Wireless professionally.
• Assist store leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs; potential for bonus payments.
• Participate in outside sales events or community activities when required.
