Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC, the Cricket Wireless retailer, seeks a Sales Advocate to deliver exceptional customer service and tailor wireless solutions. You will represent the Cricket brand, assist with store operations, and work toward sales targets in a fast-paced environment across the district.

Applicants should be able to work 32+ hours weekly, including evenings and weekends. Reliable transportation and proximity to Abilene, TX are preferred to support multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to work at least 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the location and between district stores.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Represent Mobilelink and Cricket Wireless with professionalism and courtesy.
• Support store leadership with daily operations and tasks.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs, contributing to bonus opportunities.
• Occasionally participate in outside events to drive customer engagement.
