Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is hiring a Sales Advocate. You will engage customers, guide device and plan choices, and work toward meeting monthly sales targets while learning AT&T products and promotions.

Paid 3-week training is provided. This role rewards performance with uncapped commission, and flexibility to work at nearby locations. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required to succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communicator, written and verbal.
• Self-starter with a results-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers and guide them through device and plan decisions.
• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge and genuine connection.
• Stay current on the latest AT&T products, promotions, and devices.
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events.
• Bring positive energy to the floor and help shape a store culture worth showing up for.
• Handle service and sales needs with honesty and care; every interaction counts.
• Flexibility to work at nearby locations as needed.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
