Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Sales Advocate to help customers choose devices and plans. You’ll engage walk-in shoppers, explain options, and close sales while delivering friendly, knowledge-based service.

Base pay is the floor and commissions boost earnings; a fully paid 3-week training program is provided. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected, with flexibility to work at nearby locations.

Qualifikationen

• 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED
• Pass a background check
• Retail or sales experience preferred
• Hospitality background a plus
• Familiarity with wireless products and services

• Hit and beat monthly sales targets through product knowledge
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions and devices
• Occasionally represent the brand at community events
