Job summary

Utilities One Group is seeking a Deployment & Safety Manager to lead the safety program for Wireless Services and ensure safe, compliant project execution. You will collaborate with Operations, Project Managers, and subcontractors to foster a culture of safety across sites and plans.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of safety leadership in telecom or utilities, strong OSHA knowledge, and experience with field operations, investigations, and trainings. NJ-based travel required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of safety leadership experience in wireless telecommunications, utility construction, or related infrastructure industries.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry safety standards.
• Experience supporting wireless construction and field operations.
• Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety program for Wireless Services and partner with Operations for safe project execution.
• Conduct field safety audits, site inspections, and coaching on safe work practices.
• Review JHAs, lift plans, and rescue plans; ensure compliance with OSHA and customer requirements.
• Lead investigations into incidents, near misses, and safety concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate certifications, trainings, and safety records for field personnel.
