Job summary

Utilities One in Kent, WA is seeking a Deployment & Safety Manager for Wireless Services to lead the safety program across field operations, ensuring projects run safely and in full compliance with OSHA regulations, customer requirements, and company policies.

You will partner with Operations, Project Managers, and field teams to develop safer work practices, conduct audits, investigations, and training, and drive a culture of continuous safety improvement across our wireless construction

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of safety leadership experience in wireless telecommunications, utility construction, or related infra industries.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry safety standards.
• Experience supporting wireless construction and field operations.
• Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel as required, with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build and reinforce a culture where every employee is responsible for safety.
• Lead by example and promote safe work practices across all Wireless Services operations.
• Develop and maintain safety policies, procedures, and standard operating practices.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, customer requirements, and company safety policies.
• Lead investigations involving incidents, near misses, and safety concerns.
• Perform root cause analyses and develop corrective actions.
• Prepare documentation and communicate findings to leadership.
• Maintain OSHA logs and safety documentation.
